According to the New York Times citing people familiar with, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer will present the Tablet PC to show Consumer Electronics Show, which starts tomorrow in Las Vegas. The device is manufactured by Hewlett-Packard (HP) and, apparently, will go on sale in mid-year. Quite possibly, it is a model of Courier, the first information about it appeared some time ago.
